Audio Radar Issue: How to Factory Reset Audio Radar

If your Audio Radar isn’t performing as expected or you’re experiencing persistent issues, performing a factory reset on the Command Center can help restore functionality. A reset will return Audio Radar to its original factory settings (configured for 6 light bars), clearing any configuration errors and ensuring the system is ready for fresh setup or further troubleshooting.

Follow the steps below to reset your Audio Radar Command Center. If the issue persists after resetting, refer to the Audio Radar Troubleshooting Guide for further assistance.

How to Reset Audio Radar to Factory Settings

Step 1: Enter Standby Mode
  1. Tap the POWER button on the Command Center once (or multiple times) until all lights turn off.
  2. This indicates that the Command Center is now in Standby Mode.
Step 2: Perform Factory Reset
  1. Press and hold the round STREAM button on the Command Center for 10 seconds.
Step 3: Power On and Verify Reset
  1. The Command Center will restart and return to its original factory settings.
  2. Your device is now reset and ready for use or further troubleshooting.
Notes

Tip: Re-Configure Audio Radar for 7 Light Bars After a Reset

Now that your Audio Radar unit has been reset, it is restored to its default 6-light bar configuration. If you are using 7 light bars, you’ll need to manually reconfigure your setup to enable the additional bar.
