Yes! The key is that Audio Radar has to get its audio from the PC the game runs on.
Install the free Audio Radar desktop app on that PC (audioradar.com/start) and follow the guided setup. The PC Setup Guide covers both Audio Radar 2.0 and the original Audio Radar.
Set Discord and any in-game voice chat to your headset or speakers, not Audio Radar. The How to Keep Voice Chat & Music Off Your Light Bars guide shows how.
Set it to 7.1 surround if it offers it, and turn off 3D or "headphone" modes.
