It is a plug-and-play device, meaning you can connect it directly to your gaming console, or PC setup without needing additional software installation. This ensures a simple, hassle-free setup without concerns about compatibility issues or required updates.
When Might Software Be Needed?
- For most users, no additional software is required.
- PC gamers using multiple audio output devices (e.g., a headset and external speakers) may need a free software called Voicemeeter Banana to properly route audio.
- Why? PCs cannot split audio to multiple outputs by default. Voicemeeter Banana is a free and recommended software that enables advanced audio routing, ensuring Audio Radar functions correctly alongside other audio devices.
