We strive to ensure your satisfaction with Audio Radar products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the date ordered.
- Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and components. The item should be in new or like-new condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days and applied to your original payment method.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping fee or the restocking fee (if applicable).
- Once a refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective Products or Warranty Claims
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect during the warranty period, please contact our support team immediately. Defective items may be replaced or refunded without incurring restocking or additional shipping fees.
Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team by completing the Contact Us Form to initiate your return.
- Return Shipping Label: We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via UPS or FedEx.
- Packaging Your Return: Securely package your product in the original packaging and outer shipping box.
- If the original packaging is not available, ensure all individual components are securely packaged to avoid damage.

- Drop Off: Take the return package to your local FedEx or UPS location.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus the restocking fee and any additional deductions.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or denial.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper setup, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund.
