Return Packaging Instructions
To ensure a smooth return process and to avoid any potential damage during shipping, please follow the instructions below:
- Use Original Packaging: If you still have the original packaging, please use it to pack the Audio Radar and all its components. Ensure each component is placed in its designated spot to prevent any movement during shipping.
- Secure Individual Components: If the original packaging is not available, you are responsible for securely packaging each individual component to prevent damage. Use bubble wrap, foam, or other protective materials to cushion each item.
- Avoid Loose Packing: Do not place the Audio Radar and its components loosely in the box. Ensure everything is tightly packed and cushioned to prevent movement.
- Include All Parts: Make sure to include all original parts and pieces in the return package.
- Attach Shipping Label: Attach the pre-paid return shipping label provided (for domestic returns) or use a trackable shipping method of your choice (for international returns).
- Drop Off: Drop off the return package at your local FedEx or UPS location (for domestic returns) or the chosen shipping service provider (for international returns).
Damage Responsibility
Please note that you are responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping due to improper packaging. Returns received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging may result in partial refunds or denial of the refund.
