Domestic Shipping Policy

Upon Order Placement, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

Order Processing

Please expect 1-2 business days to process an order before it is shipped.

Shipping Method

We primarily use FedEx 2-day express for shipping anywhere in the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii, but also offer shipping via UPS.

Delivery Timeframe 

While we primarily use FedEx 2-day express shipping, delivery times may vary. Please note that the "2-day" timeframe refers to transit time only, after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or other unforeseen delays. We are not responsible for such delays.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments are tracked. You will be provided with a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the FedEx website.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by delivery location, order value or packaging dimensions.

Address Accuracy

Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you have identified that the shipping address has an error, please  as soon as possible, we may be able to revise your order before it is processed for shipping. 

Damaged Shipments

In the event of a damaged package, please contact us immediately and provide photo evidence. We will work with the shipper to address the issue and provide a solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are concerned about the delivery of your order, there is an option available at checkout for "Signature Required" for a small additional fee to ensure that your package is delivered directly to you.

If your package is lost or stolen, we encourage you to Contact Us, and we will make every effort to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. However, ultimate responsibility does not lie with us. If you believe your package was stolen, we also recommend filing a report with your local authorities.
