We use FedEx International Connect Plus for international shipping.
Shipping Timeframe
International shipping takes approximately 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. Delays can occur due to weather conditions or the customs processing into the destination country. These delays vary by country and are beyond our control. To help avoid delays, ensure your contact information is correct when placing your order so that local customs or the carrier can contact you for order details and VAT payment if required. Providing accurate contact details can help facilitate expedited processing and delivery.
Tracking Your Order
All international shipments are tracked. Once your order is shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the FedEx or DHL website.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes both the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs. Shipping costs for replacement or repaired items under warranty are reimbursed by Airdrop Gaming.
Import Taxes, Duties, and Customs Fees
- Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and any other customs fees associated with their order. These charges vary by country and are determined by the local customs authority. They are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival in the destination country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific duty rates and regulations before placing an order.
- Please note that Airdrop Gaming does not receive any portion of these fees, as they are collected by the respective government agencies.
- In some cases, customs may hold a package for clearance processing and require the recipient to provide additional information or payment before releasing the shipment. If your package is held, you will typically receive a notification from the carrier or customs office with instructions on how to proceed.
- Import taxes and duties are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
Exclusions
Due to difficult customs clearance and other reasons, we do not currently ship to Brazil, Turkey, Russia or China.
Address Accuracy
Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. If you have identified that the shipping address has an error, please Contact Us as soon as possible, we may be able to revise your order before it is processed for shipping.
Damaged Shipments
In the event of a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipper to address the issue and provide a solution.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Airdrop Gaming is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. At checkout, there is an option available for 'Signature Required', for a small additional fee, to ensure that your package is delivered directly to you. If your package is lost or stolen, we encourage you to
