Audio Radar International Return & Refund Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction with Audio Radar products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and components. The item should be in new or like-new condition.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Refundable Fees
- Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping fees, VAT, and customs duties are non-refundable
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days and applied to your original payment method.
- Refunds will not include the original shipping fee, restocking fee (if applicable), or return shipping costs.
- Once a refund is initiated, it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Defective Products or Warranty Claims
If your product arrives damaged or develops a defect during the warranty period, please contact our support team immediately. Defective items may be replaced or refunded without incurring restocking fees. Return shipping costs for defective products are not reimbursed for international orders.

Return Process
- Request a Return: Contact our customer service team by completing a Contact Us Form or emailing us directly at support@audioradar.com to initiate your return.
- Packaging Your Return: Securely package your product in the original packaging and outer shipping box. If the original packaging is not available, ensure all individual components are securely packaged to avoid damage. For additional guidance, review RETURN PACKAGING INSTRUCTIONS.

Please note that you are responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping due to improper packaging. Returns received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging may result in partial refunds or denial of the refund.
3. Arrange Shipping: As an international customer, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Ensure the return package is shipped using a reliable courier service with tracking capabilities.

4. Provide Tracking Information: Share the return tracking number with us once your package has been shipped. This helps us monitor the return and process your refund more efficiently. A working tracking number must be provided otherwise the return may be void.
5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund, minus applicable fees and deductions.
Additional Information
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to partial refunds or denial.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Products damaged by misuse, improper setup, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for refund.
- Customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred upon receiving the order are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
